Elle cleaned up her diet, watched portions and began to increase her weights during our workouts. Without feeling like she was dieting she began to lose pound after pound. Making it a goal to eat food in it’s most natural state, but allowing herself some freedom occasionally she finally reached her goal!!
Losing Sugar Cravings!
It’s Day 15 of my Total Body Reset with the 30 Day Arbonne program. Although I have only lost 2 pounds my body feels different: less bloating, tighter and leaner. The best part though is the diminishing cravings for sugar. I have always been the type to feel the strong need for an evening sweet treat, but that has noticeably subsided. I am also noticing that my hunger is more under control. I don’t feel ravenous two hours after I eat. My body is changing from the inside out and it feels amazing to be more in control of food rather then having food control me.
